Why:
I ran out if ideas so i asked what i should draw and he said something about ponies and cats (i can't remember what he said exactly xD) so i drew this.

LaylaShy found a cat cosplay hoodie that also had a weird looking pony horn and some pony wings so she got it and somehow got Rarity to change the coloring on it (tho she was not very happy at what colors LaylaShy chose xD)
